If you forget your login details, open the page iam.umb.sk in your internet browser and click on the I forgotten my credentials button.

You will see a form where you enter your AIS ID (AIS login name) and the number of your ISIC card or external student card.

After clicking on the button "Send login details to AIS", you will receive a message to AIS within 15 minutes, which will contain your new login details.
