How do I find out if I have a valid extension for a this academic year?
The card validity dates are important.
The validity of the card and extensions are made for the academic year in which you are our student. From 1.9. of the given year to 30.09. of the following year.
You have sucesfully registered, You have paid the renewal fee on time =》 successful renewal, you can come to get the renewal sticker

For the academic year 2025/2026, the dates are valid from 1.9.2025 to 30.09.2026 and the sticker validity (Platnosť známky) is until 30.09.2026
When do I not have a renewed card?
Examples:
My dates are still valid from the previous academic year.

Reason: You have not registered correctly for the next year.
Solution: Visit your study department to have your registration checked in AIS2.
My dates are valid for the current academic year but the “Platnosť známky” (Sticker validity) date is still 30.09. of the last year

Reason: You don't have synchronized the prescription in AIS2 or paid for the renewal mark.
Solution: Check if you have a prescription generated in AIS2 for the extension (renewal).
- If not, write an email to [email protected] with a request to generate a prescription.
- If you already have a prescription in AIS2 and have paid for the extension, you need to wait for the payment to be matched in the systems. It usually takes 2 to 4 business days. You need to wait until the validity date of your sticker changes to a new one (until 30.09. of the next year) and then come to get the extension sticker. It is not worth going earlier, since the extension has not been made.
- If you have paid for a longer period of time (7 or more days) and the date still has not changed, write an email to [email protected] with a description of your problem.
