In UMB information systems, two sets of login data are used - UMB account and AIS account are used. More information can be found on the site General information.
UMB
If you are a student and you are a holder of the ISIC card, you can use an automated password recovery. Just enter your AIS ID and ISIC card number on the site Password recovery for UMB account.
If you are an employee or student who does not have to contact your ICT administrator for any reason. The ICT administrator list can be found on this website.
AIS
In case of forgotten or inspired password for AIS, please contact your AIS administrator. You can find their list on this website.
